We had an absolutely amazing time at this lodge! The highlight of our stay was the incredible elephant experience. We were able to walk with and feed the elephants, which was such a unique and unforgettable experience. The guides were friendly and knowledgeable, ensuring our safety and making the whole interaction a joy. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had fantastic views of the park. We loved waking up to the sound of the elephants right outside our room. The lodge also had a great lounge area with comfortable couches, perfect for relaxing in the evenings. The beds were extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The restaurant on-site had delicious breakfast options and reasonably priced drinks. The location was ideal for us as we had a car, allowing us to explore both Plett and Knysna. We also appreciated that our stay helped support the conservation of these amazing animals and local jobs. we highly recommend this lodge for an unforgettable and unique experience.

Excellent value for money, the room was cozy and comfortable. The location was perfect, just steps away from where the elephants sleep. The staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly, and even stored our luggage after check-out.

The breakfast menu could offer more halaal-suitable options.

My Christmas experience at this lodge was absolutely magical. The highlight of my stay was definitely the opportunity to interact with the majestic elephants. The guides were so friendly and informative, ensuring that we had a safe and unforgettable experience. The spacious rooms were another standout feature, with comfortable beds and great bathroom facilities. I also loved the fact that there was good wifi available, which allowed me to stay connected during my vacation.

The limited dining options available. The restaurant closed early, making it difficult to organize transportation to town for dinner.

Loved connecting with the elephants and witnessing their playful nature. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring nearby towns. Will definitely be back!

The staff at this lodge are incredibly friendly and make you feel special. They have well-trained guides who engage with everyone in the group, and their patience and knowledge are impressive. The accommodations are nice, clean, and comfortable. The highlight of the trip is the elephant experiences included in the room rate. Feeding the elephants with fruit and veggies bought from reception is a unique and memorable experience. Watching the gentle giants sleep from the balcony suite is amazing.

Felt extremely happy and satisfied, no reason to complain.

I recently stayed at a lodge that was right next to where the elephants sleep at night. The room was very authentic and fitting for the experience and location. The staff throughout our stay were friendly and helpful, from the restaurant personnel to the informative guides and cleaning personnel. The spacious room had a big bed and a balcony that overlooked the elephants, which was a treat. There was also a private lounge area for guests to relax and watch the elephants at their leisure. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Elephant Lodge and would highly recommend it.
