I recently had a delightful stay at a lovely family-run B&B in Knysna. The host was great and the room had a nice view of the lagoon. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was delicious. The location was central and convenient for exploring the area. I would highly recommend this place for a pleasant stay.

This hotel in a great location near the waterfront is a gem. The staff, Richard and Mandy, go above and beyond to make you feel at home. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with a good shower and cozy beds. The breakfast, served in a charming dining room with a stunning view of the lagoon, is absolutely delicious. The attention to detail and excellent service make this hotel a wonderful choice.

The antique atmosphere of the establishment and the excellent view from the breakfast area were my favorite parts of the stay. the helpful staff and delicious poached eggs made the experience even better. The fact that the establishment has a well-maintained deck area for outdoor breakfasts is another great perk.

While the location is very convenient for many activities, the WiFi connection in the room was weak, which is a downer. , the backup WiFi was unreliable during load shedding, and the lack of electric security was a bit stressful.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is within walking distance of many areas in the center of town. There are lots of restaurants and shops in the main street, making it convenient for guests. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and high-quality towels. The breakfast options are extensive and cooked to order, ensuring a delicious start to the day. Guests can enjoy a lovely view of the town and estuary from the bright and airy rooms.

There were some negative experiences with a particular staff member, who was not very accommodating or friendly.
