I had a wonderful stay at L'Ermitage - Franschhoek Chateau & Villas. The views from my room were absolutely stunning, overlooking the picturesque lake and surrounding mountains. The room itself was spacious and beautifully decorated, creating a romantic ambiance. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The breakfast buffet offered a nice variety of options and the cappuccinos were delicious. The bar had an impressive selection of quality drinks, including a great selection of Gin and Whisky. I highly recommend this hotel for a perfect romantic getaway.

The staff were very accommodating, even though we arrived late at night. The apartment was spacious and well-furnished. The view of the lake and mountains was beautiful. The breakfast had a good variety and was delicious. The location of the hotel was convenient.

We had a wonderful Christmas getaway at this hotel. The views of the surrounding mountains were absolutely stunning and made for a picturesque backdrop. The location was ideal for exploring the nearby wine farms, adding an extra touch of charm to our holiday. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay, making us feel welcomed and appreciated.

There were a few downsides to our experience. We were hoping for a more luxurious option, such as Nespresso.

One of the bathroom doors was jammed, making it difficult to use. the shower drain was clogged, causing the water to collect.
