The breakfast was top, notch! A wide variety of delicious choices, fresh produce, and perfectly cooked eggs benedict – a dream! the staff were friendly and attentive, serving everything promptly. the host was super helpful, giving great restaurant recommendations and ensuring our stay was fantastic despite the lack of whale sightings. the location overlooking the ocean was stunning, with easy access to the town center and recommended restaurants.

One small downside was the size of the bedroom, a bit snug with limited space for suitcases. the air conditioning not working meant leaving the window open, leading to early morning wake, up calls from roosting pigeons.

Great value for the money. the room was cozy and the location is perfect. the staff at La Fontaine were so welcoming and attentive.

More breakfast choices would be nice.

We had the most incredible experience at La Fontaine Guest House. The location was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the seafront and the chance to spot whales right from our breakfast table. The guesthouse itself was clean and comfortable, with spacious rooms and a lovely mini bar in our room. The staff were attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the on-site secure parking and the small swimming pool. Plus, there were plenty of restaurants within a short walk. I highly recommend this hotel for its exceptional location and wonderful service.

We had an amazing time at this 4-star hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, with stunning views of the ocean from our balcony. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. The room was clean, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed, including a mini-bar and a sitting area. The breakfast was delicious and had a great variety of options. We also loved the outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace, where we could relax and soak up the sun. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to our friends.

What a lovely getaway it was! the stunning accommodation was well equipped with everything that a couple might need for a romantic break. the view from the windows was breathtaking. We enjoyed watching the sea and the skies turn different shades of pink and orange at sunset. the location close to restaurants and shops was also very convenient. We loved exploring the little town.

We understand it may streamline service, but it felt a little annoying. We also found the host to be overly chatty and intrusive.
