The location was amazing, right by the promenade and with great views of the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and had all the necessary amenities. The restaurant had a delicious vegan and vegetarian-friendly menu.

Our room at La Splendida Hotel By Newmark had a wonderful view overlooking the park and Signal Hill. The location was fantastic, with easy access to the hop-on hop-off bus stop for exploring the city. The room itself was spacious, clean, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Despite being above a restaurant, we didn't hear any noise in our room. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, adding to the overall positive experience. I highly recommend this hotel for its great location, comfortable rooms, and excellent service.

The hotel is in a great location, right across the street from the promenade, providing beautiful views of the ocean. It is also within walking distance to the famous V&A centre and the waterfront area. The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. The showers have hot water and good pressure. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing outstanding service. The restaurant and bar on the ground floor offer delicious food and drinks.

One negative aspect is that the hotel's WiFi can be unreliable and occasionally stops working.

As a young family, we loved the excellent location of La Splendida Hotel. It was situated near the lighthouse, with the sea promenade and Green Point Park close by. There were also great restaurant and coffee shop options, including the amazing Creamery ice-cream shop just a couple of blocks away. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. We also appreciated the quiet evenings, perfect for unwinding after a day of exploring.

Staff provided good service and the hotel is well-located. the hotel is conveniently situated near a variety of restaurants, shops, and attractions.

The parking situation was also concerning, as the gate often remained open and we had issues with the remote control. our experience was not ideal and we were left feeling dissatisfied with our business trip accommodations.

TV didn't connect automatically after load shedding and there was no backup power. There were also some missing amenities like shower caps and only enough shower/bath items for one person.

The shower needed cleaning as it had a moldy smell, which was a bit off-putting. Limited TV channels with few options, and the one channel that was available was stuck.
