We had a wonderful stay at this place on the outskirts of Wellington. The location on the slope of a small valley provided stunning views of the surrounding scenery, especially next to the Berg river. The hotel offered enhanced comfort with amenities like air conditioning, a flat-screen TV, and a sitting area. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff who made us feel welcomed and taken care of. We enjoyed relaxing by the pool, which was huge and had comfortable chairs. The whole property was well cared for and had cozy little spots to unwind. This venue is the perfect place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and enjoy a peaceful getaway.

I had a truly wonderful experience staying at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding wineries and enjoying delicious food while overlooking the stunning countryside. The hotel itself is clean and beautifully designed, providing a serene and peaceful setting for relaxation. The staff here were so lovely and accommodating, especially with our short notice visit. They were very friendly and helpful, even going so far as to stand in the road to show us where the hotel was when we were trying to find it after dark. The service here is top-notch, with amenities such as car hire, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, ensuring a hassle-free stay. The on-site leisure spa and wellness center, featuring a swimming pool and jacuzzi, was a perfect way to unwind and indulge in some much-needed pampering. The beauty treatments offered, including massages and facials, were delivered beautifully, leaving me feeling rejuvenated and relaxed. this place exceeded my expectations and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

In terms of improvements, it would have been nice if there were more options for drinks available, perhaps a limited bar with soft and alcoholic options, including wine from the local farms. Additionally, having a mini bar in the rooms would have been a convenient addition.

The water pressure in the taps can be slightly slow at times when multiple showers are being used.

We enjoyed our city break at this hotel. the two features we loved were the massive swimming pool and the excellent breakfast. the location was convenient, being situated away from the busy city center, but still accessible enough to explore the surrounding area.

The room lacked some basics, such as a microwave and block out blinds, which made things a bit inconvenient. the room was not as clean as expected, with some dust and mosquitoes present.
