We had a fantastic stay at this lodge. The hostess, Gerda, was amazing and made us feel comfortable and welcome throughout our stay. She provided us with helpful tips and recommendations for tourist sites and restaurants in the area. The room was clean, modern, and well-equipped with a coffee making station and a hot chocolate Dolce machine. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was lovely. The bathroom had a large mirror and a rain shower. The hotel facilities were excellent, with an aircon for heating and cooling and a lovely enclosed area to sit outside. The hotel was also close to everything in the Graskop area and within walking distance of the center of town.

Laguna Lodge in Graskop exceeded my expectations in every way. From the moment we arrived, Greta, our host, was incredibly helpful and provided us with maps, leaflets. the room was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had all the amenities we needed, including a water heater and coffee machine. the attention to detail, like the fresh water in the appliances, made us feel so welcomed. Greta even suggested a fantastic breakfast location at Graskop Gorge. We felt like family as we waved goodbye from the porch.

The room was well equipped for load shedding and we were very comfortable. The hostess was very informative and helpful. The location was close to all attractions on the Panorama Route. The lunch at Chubby Pig, dinner at The Glass House, and breakfast at Divine Me were amazing. The garden, room, and patio exceeded expectations. The host ensured that the room had all the fine touches, from chocolates on the pillows to heated blankets and candles on the patio. The pets were a lovely bonus.

We had the pleasure of staying at this charming lodge and it was an absolutely delightful experience. The owner, Gerda, went above and beyond to ensure that we had a fantastic time. She provided us with a map of the area and gave us excellent recommendations for things to do and see. She even made reservations for us at some of the best restaurants in town. Gerda's hospitality truly made our stay memorable. The room was exactly as shown in the photos and was clean and comfortable. The location of the lodge was ideal and allowed us to explore the beautiful surroundings. Despite a small issue with the lack of WiFi in our room, we were always welcome to use the main patio for work. The only other minor inconvenience was the lack of complete darkness in the room, as it had an entrance door that let in some natural light. However, these small drawbacks did not detract from the overall amazing experience we had at Laguna Lodge. We highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area.

They took us on private tours to exclusive locations for sunrise and sunset photography. The room was beautifully decorated and the shower was spacious. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the center of town and within walking distance to lovely local restaurants.

Our stay at Laguna Lodge was excellent value for money. The room was tastefully decorated, and we had a wonderful night's sleep. The location in Graskop was perfect, surrounded by beautiful scenery. The staff, especially Gerda and Theuns, were incredibly helpful and went out of their way to ensure our stay was memorable.

The menu for breakfast could have had more options to choose from.

We hebben echt genoten van ons verblijf in dit hotel. De ligging was absoluut top. Het was vlakbij het busstation en ook dichtbij de 5th Avenue en het strand. Natuurlijk was de accommodatie echt schoon en had het goede faciliteiten. Het ontbijt was heerlijk en het personeel was ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Gelukkig was er voldoende mogelijkheid om te parkeren en was er goed openbaar vervoer in deze stad.
