The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the gardens. the breakfast provided was delicious and had a good variety. the location was convenient, with easy access to nearby attractions.

There was no backup power during load shedding, causing inconvenience while trying to pay. the curtains in the bedroom were frayed.

Experiencing the luxury of this hotel was worth every penny. the exclusive amenities exceeded our expectations. the service provided by the staff was impeccable, especially at the Spa & wellness centre. the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers offered a great spot to relax and soak up the sun. the in, room breakfast was a delightful treat, while the picnic area with tables allowed us to enjoy the beautiful gardens. the packed lunches were perfect for on, the, go exploring. the location advantages made it easy for us to access nearby shops and restaurants.

it didn't affect our overall experience and we were still able to enjoy the beautiful treatment room and indulge in the body scrubs and massages.
