The game drives were fantastic and we were lucky enough to see the Big Five! Our guide and tracker were incredibly knowledgeable and made the safari experience unforgettable. The hotel itself was exceptional - spacious and comfortable rooms, delicious food, and excellent service. The location was perfect, surrounded by beautiful nature and wildlife.

We had a bit of an issue with our room. It wasn't as private as we had hoped, as there was an interleading room that was accessible to other guests.

Our ranger, Benry, and tracker, Norman, ensured excellent game drives. The Luxury Room was luxurious and well-serviced. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The inclusive beverages and snacks in the room were a nice touch. The food was exceptional, with three gourmet meals, tea, and sundowners daily. The location was stunning, with elephant, buffalo, and hippo sightings from our room and breakfast table. We highly recommend this exclusive lodge.

There were some issues with management handling claims. They denied responsibility for an accident that occurred in the room, causing injury and damage.
