The hotel was clean and offered comfortable accommodations. the staff was friendly and ensured that our vehicle was secure while parked. the hotel was located in a convenient area for exploring the city.

The noise level at the hotel was high, with guests being loud throughout the night. the check-in process was slow and the employee at the front desk had an uninterested attitude towards guests.

Our stay here at this place was absolutely amazing! We were impressed with the location, as it was close to everything we needed in Durban South. The shops were just a short walk away, making it super convenient for us. The service provided by the housekeeping staff was top-notch, as our room was always clean and neat. We loved the air conditioning in the room which kept us cool during our stay. Additionally, the sitting area and terrace were a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful garden furniture. The room amenities were also great, with free toiletries, an electric kettle, and a flat-screen TV. We really felt like we had everything we needed here.

This place comes highly recommended for families looking for a great and affordable place to stay.

We had a fantastic stay at Luxe on Ridge Boutique Hotel. The location was ideal, with beautiful views. The staff, especially the kind and helpful old lady named Rose, made us feel welcome and comfortable throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and had a great aesthetic. Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as a dirty windowsill and a lack of cups in the room, we were overall satisfied with our experience. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its great location and friendly staff.
