I thoroughly enjoyed the stunning scenery and fully equipped Chalets at this hotel. the cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities offered a whole range of activities. the location was convenient, close to nearby golf courses and shopping centers.

Everything was just right.

I felt like a princess with the majestic scenery and the lovely amenities. the staff were helpful and the endless activities kept me entertained. the chalet was cozy with all I needed. Perfect escape!

recently stayed at a wonderful place in magalies park recommended by family. first group here is top-notch with amazing jacuzzi and modern deco. loved the tuck shop for mini groceries and the friendly staff made our experience delightful. activities for all ages and clean comfortable chalets. restaurant food was delicious, and the wildlife added a special touch. endless activities and daily room service added to the perfect getaway.

We loved this place in the mountains! The location is very far from everything, which was not nice with kids, but it's on a hill which made walks back from the day's activities quite hard for them. However, the big open spaces within tranquil gardens were totally worth it. Additionally, the service shops and commercial services, including laundry and tours/ticket assistance, were very convenient. We were also happy to receive a welcome drink upon arrival.

Although we must admit, the staff gave poor service and attitude - zero effort from them to assist. Customer service is a must-do.

Didn’t dislike anything about the property.

We loved the comfortable beds and the heated pool. Even though we didn't have a car, we were able to enjoy the beautiful golf park and all the self-catering amenities. The monkeys were a fun addition! we recommend First Group for a fun and relaxing getaway.

The location in nature with lots of animals roaming around adds charm to the stay. Engaging in all activities on the premises is recommended to make the most of the stay. On Fridays, the entertainment centre is shut down to aid check-ins, but with the number of activities available, it won't be missed. The stunning views add to the pleasure.

The dining service can be a letdown as ordering food takes forever.

We had an amazing stay at First Group Magalies Park! Stayed for a short time but loved every minute. The room was beautiful with a walk-in shower, bathtub, and even a hot tub. The heated pool was a great addition too. Can't wait to return for a longer stay and make use of all the facilities.

The complimentary chocolate on the pillow was a nice touch, and the free breakfast was decent. the location near the river and mountains was picturesque and great for outdoor adventures.

The air conditioning didn't work and the room was stuffy. the lack of Wi-Fi was a big disappointment as well, making it difficult to stay connected while on vacation.

The on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and the picnic area was a lovely spot for outdoor dining. The staff here went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, providing excellent customer service. The leisure facilities were outstanding, with an indoor and outdoor swimming pool, jacuzzi, and spa. The kids especially loved the aqua park, while we enjoyed the massage and beauty treatments at the spa lounge. our stay at this hotel was incredible, and I highly recommend it to families seeking a luxurious and comfortable retreat.
