The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my needs. When I arrived, there was no power socket for my European plug but the receptionist quickly provided me with one. The hotel's location is convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops. I would recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff, friendly and welcoming. Beautiful and well-crafted decorations in rooms. Great breakfast with a good variety of food. Rooms were spacious and comfortable for a family of four. Convenient shuttle service to various destinations.

During our Christmas stay, we were impressed with the complimentary breakfast and the well-maintained facilities. the hotel's location was also a plus with easy access to restaurants and attractions. the friendly staff was a bonus as they provided excellent customer service and made us feel welcome.

The price was also a bit steep for the overall experience.

This location was great; close to everything in the CBD and next to the bus or Gautrain station, which was convenient for travelling. The room was clean and comfortable, with friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was a buffet with a variety of dishes, and there was a shuttle to the nearby mall.
