The taxi service provided by Mercure was exceptional and made traveling around the area so convenient. The hotel's proximity to the Mall of Africa was also a big plus. Though the bathroom was a bit cramped and the furniture could use an update, everything else about the stay was acceptable. The breakfast had a good variety and the dinner in the hotel was enjoyable. The majority of the staff were professional and went above and beyond to assist. I would recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at a hotel near the Gallagher Convention Centre for a trade show, and I must say I was quite impressed. The location was perfect, just behind the convention centre and within walking distance to the nearby malls. The prices were reasonable, especially considering that breakfast was included. The staff were friendly and attentive, and the basic amenities in the room were up to par. I particularly appreciated the fact that they provided an iron in the room, as it saved me a lot of hassle. it was a great value for money stay.

Although everything was ok, it would have been better if there were more plug points in the room.

There was nothing I didn't like.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is close to a shopping mall and restaurants. It is also conveniently situated near a taxi rank and the convention center. The rooms are comfortable and have good hot water in the shower. The staff at check-in are efficient and mostly friendly. There is also Nigel, the friendly bar man, who adds to the pleasant atmosphere.

There were issues with the internet signal, which was slow and weak in the rooms.

Clean room and bathroom, but carpets and upholstery had stains and wear. Good location near Gallagher convention center. Friendly and helpful front desk staff. Convenient parking facilities. Security guard was friendly.

The hotel had some great complementary facilities which made my stay much more relaxed. The location was excellent, just a short walk from many shops and attractions. The room was also very spacious and had a lovely modern decor.

The customer service could have been better. I was disappointed that I couldn't get a non-smoking room with a double bed, or even two single beds placed together.
