Staff was helpful & kind. Variety at breakfast, incl. hot breakfast. Room overlooked courtyard & had wildlife view. Safe location, felt secure walking to dinner. Good internet. Fruit & water in room. Comfy bedding.

The hotel exceeded my expectations in terms of service and amenities. The staff at reception were friendly and professional, and the rooms were luxurious and well-equipped. The high-quality amenities, proudly South African, added a nice touch to the stay. I particularly enjoyed the tea tray and fresh fruit in the room. the gowns and towels provided were of excellent quality, and the bath tub provided a relaxing experience after a long day.

While the hotel itself was great, I had some concerns about the surrounding area. Walking to the nearby mall felt a bit unsafe, as a portion of the route was poorly lit and required passing through an old mall without visible security.

The breakfast catered to all of our needs and the restaurant exceeded our expectations with their exceptional cuisine.

Although the room advantages were deluxe, we were disappointed by the lack of a gym. However, the exclusive accommodations provided us with a relaxing stay.

Spent my Xmas at a historic hotel in a central location with easy access to shopping and dining options. The service was excellent, and the spacious suites were cozy and comfortable. The food was delicious and exceeded my expectations. I enjoyed the chance to learn about the local environment as the hotel incorporates practices of recycling and caring for the environment.
