Set in the mountains, the resort brought back memories of my trips to Drakensberg KZN. Enjoyed a delightful dinner by a warm fire with excellent wine. Plunge pool was decent but not pristine. Rooms were luxurious and tranquil. Breakfast was slightly disappointing but fixed promptly. Loved the personal touches and pet-friendly amenities.

The stunning location provides a jaw-dropping view of the mountains, perfect for a quiet and peaceful getaway. The individual rooms are beautifully designed and the detached lodge with its own plunge pool was mind-blowingly comfortable. The hosts, Penny and Andy, were super friendly and even joined us for dinner, serving an excellent 3-course meal. The meals were served in a beautiful outdoor dining area with great views. The property is also pet-friendly, so we got our dog fix with their adorable "fur kids" and the affectionate Ed the cat. The staff were welcoming and made us feel at home. Can't wait to go back!

I recently stayed at Mymering Wine & Guest Estate for a few nights and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is located in a stunning vineyard, with breathtaking views of the rolling hills from our lodge. The open terrace dining area provided the perfect setting for delicious breakfast and dinner, with panoramic countryside views. We also had the opportunity to taste their own white and red wines, and the vineyard tour with Mike was a memorable experience. The staff, including the owners, were incredibly warm and hospitable, making us feel right at home. The Lavender Suite with its plunge pool overlooking the vines was an added bonus.

We had a fantastic stay at Mymering Wine & Guest Estate. The views from the veranda were absolutely stunning, especially during dinner and breakfast. The meals served were absolutely delicious, and we were impressed with the chef's skills. We enjoyed taking a walk through the vineyards and even had a swim in our own plunge pool. The cottage we stayed in was well-equipped and comfortable, with a patio to relax on. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this hotel.

It would have been nice to have more variation in the self-catering units, such as microwaveable dishes.

Beautiful location in the hills, surrounded by vineyards. The chalets are well-equipped with air conditioning and a private plunge pool. The included dinner is amazing, rated as top 10 in Western Cape. The hosts, Andy and Penny, are welcoming and friendly. The morning dog walk is a must-do.

The scenery was absolutely breathtaking, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains. the location was also ideal, providing a peaceful and tranquil atmosphere.

One major downside was the lack of cleanliness in our room. the floors and bathroom were not properly cleaned, with dirt and grime visible in various areas.
