The hotel's convenient location near the stadium, shopping center, and beautiful Newlands Forest was perfect for exploring. the friendly staff made me feel welcome from the start, and the breakfast in the cozy lounge area was a delightful way to start my day. the outdoor swimming pool and sun terrace offered a nice relaxing spot after a day of sightseeing.

One area that could use improvement is the cleanliness of the communal facilities like the lifts, which smelled and were a bit slow. ensuring that the wifi password is readily available in the rooms would make guests' stay more convenient.
