The location is perfect, right in the center. the room was spacious and well-equipped, with high ceilings and a comfortable bed. the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, remembering my name and preferences. They made sure all my requests were attended to and provided excellent service. I felt safe with the constant concierge supervision and top-notch security. I highly recommend Old Bank Hotel for anyone visiting Cape Town.

From the lovely doorman who escorted us to various places to ensure our safety, to Abigail who helped us track down a lost phone, the staff was friendly, helpful, and always made us feel welcome. We also appreciated the complimentary coffee in the room, the mini-bar, and the valet parking service. The bar/restaurant area looked amazing and the value for the price was excellent.
