Our family stayed at the Family Triplets Entertainment Zone and we loved the fun-filled activities and games provided for kids. the space was lively and inviting, creating a vibrant atmosphere for the whole family to enjoy together.

My wife says that more child-friendly amenities like a designated play area would enhance the family experience.

Staff were top-notch, presidential suite was dreamy, and birdsong from the garden was pure bliss. Cons: Late arrival hiccup with the chef snoozin', but still, everything else sparkled like a diamond. a Benoni gem in a residential oasis. Cheers to that!

The location of the hotel was perfect for us as it was very close to the airport, allowing for a hassle-free commute. Situated on a beautiful lake in a quiet neighborhood, it offered a serene and picturesque setting for a peaceful getaway. the personal attention from the property manager, who even provided airport transfers, made us feel well taken care of during our stay.

The communication from the manager was lacking at times, leaving us uncertain about certain details and arrangements.

The lack of toiletries in the bathroom, such as shower caps, and limited dining options were a bit disappointing. the bed sheets and pillow cases looked worn, but were still clean and comfortable.
