The exceptional service matched the stunning natural landscape, making it one of South Africa's most opulent hotels. The Spa Suites offered complete tranquility for relaxation. Waterside Bar had fabulous views for a delicious sundowner.

We stayed here and had an overall good experience. This place is located in a beautiful setting with a golf course nearby, making it a great spot for golf enthusiasts. The service was excellent, with 24-hour room service, laundry and dry cleaning, and shuttle services available. The amenities provided were also impressive, with a sun terrace, outdoor swimming pool, spa and wellness centre, tennis court.

The only downside we noticed was that the receptionist could have been more helpful in guiding us to our room. Families with young children may benefit from the children's pool and buffet, but it might be helpful to bring your own toys and activities.

The internal layout and decorations were well-thought-out. There were plenty of eating facilities to choose from. Location: The hotel was conveniently located just 10 minutes from the airport. It was also central to all tourist destinations and close to Herold's Bay. Breakfast: The breakfast at the hotel was delicious. Staff: The staff at the hotel were amazing, providing helpful services such as keeping our cooler box in the freezer and taking us on a golf cart ride to a beautiful viewing deck.

Buffet breakfast has good variety and options for how to have eggs cooked. Room is spacious and clean. Good location for a relaxing vacation with easy access to the beach. Spa has excellent facilities and staff. Enjoyed my stay.

During our road trip, we stayed at this beautiful place in George. The hotel staff went above and beyond to make my wife's birthday special with a surprise cake, rose petals, and a heart-shaped bed decoration. The room was spacious with a great bathroom, including a large bath and a rain shower. We enjoyed a peaceful night's sleep in the giant bed and woke up to a delicious breakfast delivered to our room. The staff's care and service were exceptional, and we can't wait to return.

We had an incredible stay at a top-notch hotel with amazing hospitality. The staff treated us like royalty, and we felt like kings and queens. The King Club room upgrade and complimentary stay were the cherry on top. The hotel had excellent facilities, including karaoke and a casino, which we thoroughly enjoyed as people who love these activities.

Our room was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful ocean view. The bathroom was equipped with all the necessary amenities and the service was impeccable. The breakfast buffet was excellent and provided tasty options to start our day. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities including a pool and spa.
