I felt like I got great value for my money at Willow Inn. The room was surprisingly spacious with clean linen, and the staff, especially Christina, were exceptionally friendly and made our stay comfortable. The location was convenient, and I loved the fact that the floors were carpeted, keeping everything clean. Plus, the assorted variety of breakfast options was super satisfying.

We stayed at The Willow Inn for a week during our trip to southern Africa. Mark, the host, was incredibly helpful and made sure we had a delicious breakfast every morning. The bed was super comfy and the rooms were beautifully decorated. The location was excellent, close to the international airport and served as a great central base for our travels. The staff, especially Francois, went above and beyond to assist us with transport and advice. a wonderful experience and we'll definitely recommend it to friends and family.

However, the staff at this hotel were amazing. Connie, in particular, was so friendly and welcoming. She even arranged a bottle of champagne for my partner's birthday, which was a nice touch. Additionally, the breakfasts provided were delicious and included in the price.

The bed was so uncomfortable, it felt like I was sleeping on rocks. And to make matters worse, there was no soap in the bathroom, only hand soap.
