The hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail that make for a comfortable stay. The location amidst the serene mountains at the start of The Outeniqua Pass is absolutely breathtaking, providing a picturesque backdrop for relaxation. The staff are welcoming and provide excellent service, ensuring that guests feel well taken care of. The basic amenities in the rooms are sufficient, but if you prefer a better view, it's possible to request rooms with a more scenic outlook. Additionally, the breakfast served is delicious, offering a pleasant start to the day.

All was satisfactory, without any major issues.

The view from the property was stunning and the staff were friendly and accommodating. the outdoor swimming pool was clean and offered a beautiful view of the surrounding area. We also enjoyed the breakfast that was provided each morning, it had great variety.

The bathroom was quite outdated and not very clean. the shower had poor water pressure and the temperature was either too hot or too cold.
