We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The room was large, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was extremely comfortable and the bathroom was spacious with a great shower and bath. The hotel staff were welcoming and attentive, making sure that we had everything we needed. The breakfast was fantastic with a wide variety of options and the service was excellent. The hotel had a large swimming pool and easy parking facilities. The location of the hotel was central, close to popular tourist locations and entertainment options. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

What a fantastic experience at Palazzo! the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to accommodate our needs. the lady at reception was an absolute gem, providing the best customer service we had experienced during our entire trip. the breakfast at the hotel was excellent, with a superb buffet spread. the beautifully maintained gardens and exceptional room service added to the overall positive experience. This was definitely the perfect place to end our trip!

As youngsters, we absolutely loved the large, clean rooms with their big TVs and spacious, beautiful bathrooms. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the temperature control in the room was easy to manage. We also enjoyed the fantastic breakfast, with the staff always willing to go above and beyond. The large swimming pool was a great addition, and the easy parking and convenient location near Montecasino made exploring the area a breeze. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. Checking in and out was a breeze, and we can't wait to come back for another fantastic stay. Highly recommended!

Felt very homey, no complaints at all.

The complementary drinks and cookies were a nice touch. the hotel's location near a shopping mall and restaurants was very convenient for grabbing a quick bite after work. the bed was comfortable and allowed for a decent night's sleep.

The room was not cleaned properly upon arrival. the coffee and tea facilities were not replenished and we had to ask for fresh towels.

We had such a wonderful stay at this spacious casino hotel in a convenient location. The staff, especially Richard, made our morning breakfast extra special for the birthday celebration. The room was large and comfortable, with a firm bed and good water pressure in the bathroom. The casino on the property was a fun addition to our stay. We would definitely choose to stay here again for our future business trips.

We had a wonderful stay at Palazzo in Fourways for three nights. Our room on the first floor was spacious and comfortable, with two double beds for my mother and me. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options, and the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. The hotel's location near Montecasino was perfect, with restaurants and shops nearby. The beautiful gardens and well-maintained pool added to the overall relaxing atmosphere. We were truly impressed by the staff's care and concern when my husband fell ill during our stay. They went above and beyond to ensure his well-being, even offering soup and contacting paramedics. The level of hospitality and service at Palazzo was exceptional, and we look forward to returning in the future.
