parkwood was a hidden oasis, a peaceful and relaxing stay. the gardens and outside seating areas were beautiful, offering a safe and comfortable environment for solo travelers like me. the staff, especially marcus and edwin, were extremely helpful and friendly. sipho at the spa was magical. the luxury boutique hotel had exceptional bedrooms with all imaginable amenities, set in magnificent gardens with multiple pools. a tempting and great value menu was offered.

Parkwood offers a quiet, homely atmosphere with lovely outdoor features like a courtyard and outdoor shower. the friendly staff ensures top-notch cleanliness and safety. the gardens are beautiful, creating a soothing ambiance. Location is ideal for exploring on foot, and the terrace is perfect for relaxation with a book and a drink.

Room could feel slightly cold. Shower lacks a door causing water spillage.

We recently had a wonderful family stay at this charming boutique hotel. The location was perfect, with the Rosebank mall area just a short Uber ride away, offering plenty of shopping and dining options for the whole family. The spacious rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely open bathroom layout. The service was outstanding, with friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was cooked to order and absolutely delicious. We also enjoyed the beautiful gardens and the two lap pools.

The WiFi and TV were not working during our stay due to a storm.

So happy with my New Year’s stay in South Africa. Amazing accommodations, beautiful garden and great amenities. They offered delicious food and lovely refreshments. the location was fantastic, centrally located and easy to access local attractions. Loved the peace and quiet of the residential area. Best of all was the comfortable bed and luxury bedding.

The staff seemed to be in training, and some requests that should have been simple to fulfill were met with a negative response. But, I understand if they were inexperienced.

Relaxing location, supportive staff, good breakfast, nearby shopping mall, well-equipped rooms, comfortable stay.
