Great river view, smooth check-in despite reservation issue, beautifully decorated room with comfortable bed. Delicious breakfast available served by slightly unfriendly waiters. Convenient location for exploring Plettenberg Bay and Tsitsikamma/Nature's Valley. Helpful and friendly staff, especially Maria who assisted with food storage. Warm and cozy with electric blanket provided. Relaxing atmosphere. Hardworking staff strive for excellence.

Divine patio decks, spacious and clean room, good food at adjacent restaurant, friendly and efficient staff, great river view.

The riverside location was lovely and enjoyable. the rooms were comfortable and had a good supply of drinks. We had access to canoe for exploring the river which made it really fun and exciting.

Unfortunately we found the hotel's policies confusing and misleading. We were charged per person instead of per room and breakfast was not included in the room rate.
