The breakfast time was inconvenient for early morning events, forcing guests to miss out on the most important meal of the day.

The breakfast was decent and the underfloor heating was amazing. the area around the hotel was clean, safe, and tranquil, and the staff at the reception were friendly and welcoming.

First, the hotel had no sense of urgency when it came to opening the gate, even after pressing the bell countless times. Second, the room was nothing like the pictures seen online.

The curtains at Polokwane Place are excellent, they completely block out any light and ensure a peaceful sleep. Additionally, I appreciated the alternative access to our rooms via the garden during facility closure.

One morning during my stay, I was awoken early by the noise from the facility coming to life. It was not ideal for a holiday when you want to sleep in.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was perfect - it was central to all the shopping centres, a mall, and not far from the city centre. The service was top-notch, with room service, housekeeping, and laundry services available. We also appreciated the convenience of the airport shuttle and tours/ticket assistance. The room amenities were great, with ironing facilities, heating, and air conditioning. We loved relaxing on the terrace and the free Wi-Fi in our rooms was a bonus. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay feel truly special.
