we recently stayed at Premier and were impressed by the hardworking and helpful staff, particularly Kiara, Kaylan, Bongiwe, Thapiso. The room was clean and beautiful with fresh towels daily. The views from the room and dining areas were amazing. The area brought back memories of a honeymoon 20 years ago. The wifi was perfect, and the breakfast delicious.

The sea-facing room was simply amazing with breathtaking views of the Indian Ocean. As a party lover, the spacious layout and cozy seating area made me feel right at home. Cons: I personally found the breakfast selection a bit inconsistent, but others might enjoy the variety.

Stayed in a beach hotel with amazing staff & comfy rooms but noisy neighbors. LOVED the beach access. Would go back, better than expected in photos.

The lack of lift service led to a stair workout, a flaw in an otherwise stellar break. A cooler room would amp up comfort.

Not all rooms had sea views, and the night manager was rude. Staff could improve their hospitality and reduce noise levels in the restaurant. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel's beach location and recent renovations were a highlight.

They assisted me with all my special requests and made me feel welcome amidst the lovely ambiance. the room service was impeccable, and the housekeeping team ensured that my room was always clean and well-maintained. the bar and lounge area had a fabulous layout, perfect for relaxing after a long day. the beach access was convenient, and I even had the chance to see whales from my room. the live entertainment at the hotel was excellent and added to the overall enjoyable atmosphere.

One aspect that could be improved at this hotel is the cleanliness of the outdoor seating area. After rainy days, the area seemed neglected and required some attention.

I always return for weekend stays. First visit, staff suggested a taxi. Perfect for me: Free Wi-Fi, parking, luggage storage, 24-hour reception/security, bar/restaurant. It's my go-to place.

The location of the hotel is perfect, as it is right next to the beach. You can easily access the beautiful swimming pool and enjoy a refreshing swim. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, with a separate enclosed space for children, ensuring a pleasant stay for families. The breakfast offered is satisfactory, and the dining room provides a great view.

Some of the staff members were rude and unhelpful, which negatively impacted the overall experience.

Rooms are spacious and clean with a great sea view. Individual air conditioning helps with the humidity. Staff are well trained, food is really good, and service is attentive. Some room maintenance issue was promptly resolved.

Our Thanksgiving trip was amazing! We were blown away by the stunning ocean view from our room and enjoyed listening to the waves crashing. the food was delicious and we particularly loved the complimentary breakfast and takeaway breakfast offered for early divers. the hotel location was perfect, just steps away from the beach and great local shops. We also appreciated the spacious room with a safe for our belongings.

We found the staff to be a bit inexperienced and untrained, especially in the dining room area. Sometimes they seemed more focused on setting tables and not attending to guests' needs.

Friendly staff, excellent service, beautiful beach and pool views, clean and safe facilities.
