The hotel is excellent value for money and in a great location, with easy access to the Gateway mall. The staff and service are fantastic, and the rooms are well-maintained, with balconies to enjoy the view. Breakfast included could use more options, but it's delicious nonetheless.

We loved the location of the hotel, it was in the heart of the city with easy access to all key attractions. the staff were very friendly and welcoming, making us feel at home. the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, with well-maintained rooms and convenient parking facilities.

The room we were allocated was very small and hot, and the air conditioning unit was noisy and not effective. the noise from the street below made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

I was pleasantly surprised by the clean and well-maintained room at Premier Splendid Inn. The coffee setup was a nice touch and added a touch of home. The receptionist who assisted me during check-in was amazing, making the whole process seamless. The security personnel were also friendly and accommodating. Despite a few minor inconveniences, my overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel to others.
