I had a fantastic stay at this hotel right on the waterfront in Knysna. The location was perfect, with stunning views of the harbor and lagoon. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with a heated swimming pool that I thoroughly enjoyed. The breakfast spread was absolutely delicious, offering a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff were friendly and attentive, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location right on the waterfront was perfect for enjoying the beautiful views of the Lagoon and West Head of Knysna heads. The rooms were spacious and the amenities were all in working order, including the heated pool which my boys had a blast in. The staff at this hotel were exceptional, showing impressive behavior and treating us with respect. Their pro-active approach and friendly attitude made us feel welcome and well taken care of.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The location was perfect, right by the waterfront, allowing us easy access to shops and restaurants. The breakfast setup was excellent, with all food items individually wrapped or covered for hygiene and safety. The beds were comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep, and the room was spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed the lovely pool area, perfect for relaxing and cooling off.

We felt like part of the family during our stay, with no complaints at all.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel right on the Waterfront. The location was perfect, as it was close to restaurants and right in the heart of the shopping area. We loved how we could easily access the boardwalk from the rear of the hotel, allowing us to explore the shops and enjoy the local cuisine. The staff were friendly and provided excellent service. They even surprised us with a sweet chilled gift for my husband's birthday. The heated swimming pool was a wonderful feature, and we enjoyed the lovely views of the waterfront. this place exceeded our expectations and made our weekend truly enjoyable.

I did experience two minor issues during my stay. The wifi was not up to par, which for a hotel of this caliber.

Comfortable and clean rooms with modern amenities, including a spotlessly clean bathroom and comfortable beds. The breakfast area offers a good variety of options and the staff provide friendly and efficient service. The hotel also has excellent public spaces, such as the lobby and pool area, and secure parking facilities.

The views were awesome, breakfast was good, excellent views of the lagoon, clean pool, air-conditioned rooms.
