This hotel is a great value for the money. The attention to detail is impressive with basic amenities and rooms that look just like the pictures. The location in Hatfield is perfect with easy access to shops, restaurants, and many embassies. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast buffet has many options to suit anyone at a fair rate.

The buffet was nice with a good variety of food options. The staff was very helpful and welcoming, especially the ladies at reception who were kind and knowledgeable. The hotel had a small pool which was great for cooling off on a hot day. The cleanliness of the toilet/bathroom was perfect, the cleanest I have seen in a long time. The hotel internet was fast and the bedding was luxurious. The noise insulation from the corridor and other rooms was excellent, ensuring a peaceful stay.

Spent a comfortable stay in this hotel during thanksgiving. the hotel's proximity to shopping arcades and bars made it easy for us to explore the surrounding areas.

The swimming pool was smaller than we expected and the Wi-Fi was only accessible from certain areas of the room. our stay was pleasant, but the hotel could use a bit of updating to bring it up to modern standards.

I had a minor issue with housekeeping knocking on my door too early, but they were quick to apologize and adjust their schedule. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay at the hotel.

We had a fantastic stay at Hotel@Hatfield. the staff were incredibly friendly, the breakfast was delicious, and the bar and restaurant had a lovely atmosphere. the hotel's design is beautiful and it is located in the heart of the city, making it convenient to explore the surrounding areas. the beds were comfortable and the room was spacious. We enjoyed the exquisite food at the traditional restaurant, especially the oxtail. the hotel's location also had the added convenience of having a shopping centre across the road. We will definitely be returning to this place, as it was worth every penny.
