This hotel is situated in a secure area, within walking distance from Hatfield Gautrain station, making it convenient for travelers. The staff is friendly and the breakfast, served with omelette, is a good start to the day.

The rooms with only a shower need to be updated with double glazed windows for enough ventilation.

We had a cosy room with a nice bar area. The staff quickly responded to our request for an extra duvet and bottle of water. The location was convenient, with shops, restaurants, and the Gautrain station nearby. I would recommend this hotel.

As adults, we loved the central location, with plenty of dining options within walking distance. The staff were fantastic, always ready to assist with a welcoming smile and no request was too much trouble. The rooms were clean, functional, and had everything we needed, with comfortable beds and a pillow menu. The hotel surprised us with treats in our room, a lovely touch after a long day of work. Breakfast was excellent, with piping hot coffee and exactly what we ordered delivered to our door.

Felt special, no complaints at all.

Luxurious suite upgrade and quiet location perfect for relaxation. Friendly and helpful staff with excellent food quality. Easy access to the stadium for sports enthusiasts. Comfortable and clean beds with pleasant scent. Will definitely consider revisiting.

We stayed at a hotel conveniently located near Hatfield Plaza, which made it easy for us to go shopping. The hotel was also close to the Hatfield Gautrain station, so we could easily travel around the city. The room was clean and the bathroom was wheelchair accessible, which was a great advantage for us. The staff provided friendly service and the breakfast was excellent, with a variety of options to choose from.

The parking facilities were not well marked and we had difficulty finding the entrance.

Had a great time during my New Year stay. the hotel staff was very professional and hospitable. the room service staff was excellent and honest. the complementary breakfast was sumptuous and tasty. the hotel had a key location as it was within walking distance to important locations such as daily needs shops and a Gautrain station, offering quick and easy travel to and from the airport. One more advantage was the cleanliness and comfort of the room.

It was a bummer that this was not communicated beforehand.
