Great location by the Waterfront. Friendly and accommodating staff. Helped with noise issue and moved rooms. Amazing restaurant for dinner with delicious food and great service. Perfect for starting Garden Route trip!

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel! The location right by the harbour was absolutely perfect. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, always making sure that my needs were met. The room was well-appointed and spacious, with plenty of charging stations for all my devices. The shower had great water pressure and always had hot water. The restaurant on-site was a real treat, with delicious food and a great atmosphere. I particularly loved the hot and warm breakfast buffet options. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The location was brilliant, right on the Waterfront, and close to everything. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and attended to. The rooms were spacious and the view from the balcony was lovely. We enjoyed the modern and warm decor of the hotel and the beautiful and spacious rooms with a huge bath. The breakfast was awesome, with a huge selection of tasty options to choose from. The staff treated us like family and the hotel had great facilities, including a small cocktail bar.

I had such an incredible stay at Protea Marriott in Mossel Bay! The value for money was exceptional and the room was absolutely stunning. The location was perfect for driving the Garden Route and the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable.

The room was excellent with a large bathroom and very comfy. the receptionists were friendly and offered us a welcome drink which was very nice! the food at the restaurant was truly amazing, we loved it! the view from the windows was spectacular, a real treat to the eyes.

The air conditioning unit in the room was not placed in a good location. It blew the cold air directly onto the bed which made us feel cold during the night.
