I had an amazing experience at this hotel! the staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm smile and helpful assistance. The attention to detail was outstanding, with the staff even helping me find a charger when I forgot mine. The service throughout my stay was exceptional, especially from the receptionist who was so kind and accommodating. The rooms were equipped with everything I needed and had a stunning view of the dam. The location was perfect, situated outside the bar on the patio area, allowing me to enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The breakfast provided was delicious and offered a great start to the day.

Well-equipped apartments, great for families with kids. Friendly staff, including security guard, spa ladies, and cleaning staff. Delicious food at the restaurant and amazing cocktails at the bar. Breathtaking views and lovely hiking routes. Allowed to bring pets along and they were well-loved by everyone.

We had a wonderful stay at this peaceful and relaxing resort. The location right at the lake provided breathtaking views of the dam. Our spacious and well-equipped unit had everything we needed, including a comfortable bed and clean bathroom. The service was friendly and attentive, and the breakfast was delicious and reasonably priced. We loved taking boat rides and enjoying the beautiful nature around us.

The cost of additional activities, such as game drives and boat rides, was a bit expensive.

I was initially disappointed upon arrival at First Group Qwantani due to the difficulty in finding the accommodation. However, the next morning, I was amazed by the beautiful surroundings and realized what a hidden gem this resort is. The location is perfect for a peaceful and relaxing break. The rooms were excellent, and the meals in the restaurant were very good. The staff was incredibly helpful and friendly throughout my stay. I would definitely recommend this resort.
