The location was convenient, being close to Mandela Square and offering a free shuttle service. The staff were friendly and provided exceptional concierge service. Laundry services were efficient, and the breakfast area was impressive with a well-lit atmosphere and delicious omelettes prepared by a fast chef.

The view from our 21st-floor room was spectacular, offering amazing city views. The room itself was larger than average and had all the amenities we needed. The staff at the hotel were top-notch, from the friendly reception to the restaurant. The breakfast was exceptional, with many options to choose from. The hotel also had 24-hour room service, which was delivered to our room in under half an hour. The hotel had a rooftop pool, bar, and gym, making it tempting to stay on-site. The Park across the road was a great place to relax, with jungle gyms for the kids.

The experience at Radisson Blu Hotel Sandton was so comfortable and enjoyable that it felt almost like being at home. We had nothing to complain about during our stay.

The hotel’s location was ideal for business with easy access to public transportation, including the Gautrain station and several restaurants located in the mall. I did have a negative experience with the receptionist allegedly stealing my money, which was an unpleasant experience.

Stayed at Radisson for a weekend function. Check-in was smooth and the rooms were satisfactory. The highlight was the amazing gym with a 200m running track. Didn't have breakfast, but will definitely stay here again.

We had a great stay at Radisson. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was accommodating when we needed extra towels. Despite issues with parking gates, the staff were helpful in fixing the problem. I would recommend this hotel.

I absolutely loved the staff at this hotel. They were incredibly helpful and made my stay extra special. The breakfast each morning was superb, and the views from the executive suite were awesome. The location in the center of Sandton was perfect, with the Mushroom park across the road.

We had a fantastic five-night stay at Radisson Blu Hotel. The hotel's location was perfect, just a short stroll or shuttle ride away from Nelson Mandela Square. The indoor and outdoor pools were a great option, and the spa and gymnasium were impressive. Access to the Business Class Lounge was a real bonus, with snacks and drinks available all day. The breakfast spread was excellent, with a variety of options to cater to different tastes. The egg-chefs were amazing! the hotel provided a first-class experience.

The reception staff could have been friendlier and more welcoming. A warm smile and courteous greeting goes a long way in creating a positive guest experience.

We had a fantastic stay at a hotel in Joburg. Radisson offered excellent facilities and a great location. the breakfast was a highlight with its wide variety and delicious taste. the comfortable bed and super fast Wi-Fi made our stay even more enjoyable. We also appreciated the complimentary shuttle service to the square and the leisure room where we played some pool. the gym was impressive and the best we've seen at a hotel. a wonderful experience!

Friendly staff upgraded us to nicer rooms and the breakfast was excellent. The swimming pool was very nice and the hotel's location is great for families. The attention to detail upon arrival was impressive and my family will return for many years. an enjoyable stay.
