We had a fantastic stay. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and vibrant waterfront area. The staff were incredibly friendly and efficient, always willing to help. Our room provided stunning views of both the harbor and the mountains, and the breakfast was a real treat with a wonderful variety.

Unfortunately, my experience was marred by persistent issues. During my stay, power cuts occurred frequently, leading to disruptions in the room with loud noises from the air conditioning and electronic blinds. I also found the staff to be less cheerful than I remembered from previous visits, which dampened the hotel's once vibrant atmosphere. Additionally, the unstable WiFi made it challenging to get any work done, further adding to my frustrations.

Unfortunately, the check-in process was chaotic. My room wasn’t ready when I arrived, and I had to wait an additional two hours. The staff seemed overwhelmed and disorganized. they even misplaced my luggage for a while. Overall, these frustrations greatly impacted my stay.

Was impressed with a large drink menu at the bar enjoyed cocktails with friends and the vibe was just right. Also, at breakfast, the food was better than expected and everyone was very friendly.

It wasn’t cheap but the experience was still worth it.

I loved the vibe at this place. It was modern, and the food was honestly 10/10, which is rare! I ordered room service a few times but felt hampered when I tried to carry it back myself. Got a bit stuck, ya know? The younger staff seemed a bit snobbish but there were some great servers who understood what service should be like. And can’t forget that view of the mountains, it was quite stunning.

Not cheap, but fair considering the vibe and location.

The staff was incredibly friendly. and the breakfast offered a wonderful variety, making it a great value for money. The rooftop bar was a highlight with amazing views, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring.

The air conditioning could be a bit noisy at times. and I wish the bathroom had better lighting.

radisson red was fantastic! everything was close by, making it easy to explore the waterfront. the room was spotless and so comfortable. i loved the rooftop pool vibes and the amazing staff. a special shoutout to elliott for his cheerful service. the high-tech gym with treadmills and dumbbells was a great bonus too!
