From the moment I booked, I was taken care of and made to feel comfortable. Communication was excellent, with clear and timely information. The parking was convenient and there were plenty of plug access points. The rooms were quiet and comfortable, with warm blankets provided. Having a self-catering room was great for early morning tea. They even accommodated a last-minute food request and the steaks were fantastic.

When I entered the room, it was cold and took a while to heat up from the wall heater. However, the electric blanket between the mattress and sheets kept me warm.
