We stayed at this luxurious hotel on the slopes of Entabeni hills, close to the city center. The location was perfect, as it provided easy access to both the bustling city life and the tranquility of the surrounding nature. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The housekeeping service was exceptional, keeping our room spotless and providing fresh towels and toiletries daily. They even offered a grocery shopping service, which was incredibly convenient. The hotel also provided a laundry service, saving us time and effort during our stay. The airport shuttle service was a great addition, making our arrival and departure seamless. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted with a welcome drink, setting the tone for a relaxing stay. The rooms were well-appointed, equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a safe. The patio and garden area were a great place to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. We enjoyed delicious meals at the on-site restaurant, and the breakfast spread was delightful. The outdoor swimming pool was a refreshing retreat, and the sun terrace was the perfect spot to soak up the sun. our experience at this hotel was top-notch, and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting this area.

The hotel had a good breakfast and the staff was friendly and helpful. the location was great, close to many shops and restaurants. the view from our room was amazing!

The rooms were not very clean and there were hairs in the bathroom. the air conditioning was not working and it was very hot.
