The staff at reception are excellent and provide helpful service. The secure parking is very convenient. The rates are reasonable considering the prime location.

The property is currently undergoing renovations, which may cause some noise and inconvenience.

What a great experience during my recent business trip! the suites were beautifully refitted and offered everything I needed for a comfortable stay. the location was perfect, right on the beachfront, with stunning views of the ocean. the area was lively and vibrant, with plenty of shops and restaurants within an easy walk. I particularly enjoyed the scenic walks along the shoreline and taking advantage of the bicycle hire on site.

There were a few downsides that could be improved. the room was a bit noisy, so I would recommend bringing earplugs if you're a light sleeper.

Our stay at First Group was made even more enjoyable thanks to the attentive staff. When we had an issue with parking, they quickly resolved it and even waived the parking charge. The refurbished unit provided comfortable beds and a well-equipped kitchen. Plus, the location was perfect, with cafes, restaurants, and shops nearby. The sea-facing view was a bonus, allowing us to spot whales from our verandah. I would highly recommend this hotel.
