However, the location of the hotel was fantastic, positioned in the Swellendam area amidst beautiful gardens and breathtaking views. The room itself was elegant and well-furnished, with a comfortable king-sized bed and a luxurious bathroom equipped with both a shower and bath. The attentive and friendly staff provided excellent service throughout our stay. the breakfast spread was delicious, offering a variety of options to choose from.

The satellite TV in our room was a bit out of sync, which made it quite frustrating to watch and stay updated on the news. The staff was not very accommodating when we asked for assistance in fixing this issue.

A delightful stay at a luxurious guest house in a charming town. Our beautifully furnished suite opened directly onto a lovely garden and pool, with zebra and springbok nearby. The breakfast was excellent and cooked to order, and the service was friendly. a truly relaxing and enjoyable experience.

One drawback was the small size of our room, which was expected to be more spacious for a 5-star accommodation. Additionally, the traffic noise from the nearby road was a minor inconvenience.

Spent xmas surrounded by lush gardens, and loved the luxurious porcelain sink and toilet. the staff were very friendly. They offer free parking on the premises and Wi-Fi for guests. the pool area was a great spot for a mid-day break.

The breakfast could have been a little more varied and fresh. the way they arranged the rooms was a bit tight, giving less space to move around.

our recent stay in swellendam was made even more magical thanks to the incredible christmas party we had at rothman manor! the staff's warmth and attention to detail made us feel truly welcomed. the beautifully decorated rooms and stunning garden views were a feast for the eyes. and the breakfast. absolutely divine! rothman manor, you truly exceeded our expectations once again.

We had an amazing stay at a beautiful location. The rooms were warm and cozy, with special touches like jasmine on the towels and fresh apples. Our kids loved the jacuzzi with a view of the springboks and zebras. Breakfast was delicious and the hosts were friendly and helpful. They even washed our car without us asking. Rothman Manor is a truly special place on the garden route.

This hotel provided us with an exceptional luxurious experience. We were impressed with the private facilities, as our room had exclusive amenities such as a jacuzzi and a sun terrace with sun loungers and beach umbrellas. the beautiful garden area with a saltwater pool was a peaceful retreat. the breakfast was outstanding with a variety of options including in-room breakfast and special diet menus.

The location advantage of being close to the N2 made our travel convenient. Cons: Although this hotel was great, the air conditioning unit outside our room was noisy and disturbed our sleep.
