I recently stayed at the Royal Elephant Hotel for a weekend getaway and I was pleasantly surprised by my experience. The hotel is located in a secluded area, providing a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. The restaurant entrance features a beautiful water feature, and the dim lights in the evening added to the overall ambiance. The room itself was spacious, with theater-like lighting that added a touch of elegance. Additionally, I have to give a special mention to Patience from the in-house restaurant who went above and beyond to prepare a ginger, lemon, and honey infusion for me when I was feeling under the weather. It was a small gesture, but it made a big difference and was greatly appreciated. the location, amenities, and service at the Royal Elephant Hotel were excellent, and I have already decided to make it my go-to hotel for future stays.

The location was good, in an isolated area with a cool atmosphere. The room was spacious with theater-like lighting. The hotel shuttle provided friendly and knowledgeable drivers, and all staff were accommodating and professional. The romantic setup and spa treatments exceeded expectations.

I also enjoyed the beautiful ambiance of the hotel, the decor was stunning and created a unique and relaxing atmosphere.

I was disappointed with the lack of response from the hotel staff. Whenever I tried to contact housekeeping, room service, or the reception, nobody answered their phones.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The junior suite was incredibly spacious and had a beautiful bathroom with a free-standing bath and large shower. The WiFi was fast and reliable, allowing us to comfortably do online meetings from our room. We were impressed with the three onsite restaurants, which meant we didn't have to leave the hotel for a meal. The staff were extremely helpful and even delivered toothpaste to our room when we forgot to pack it. The hotel's location was also great, with plenty of shopping facilities nearby and easy access to transportation in the Centurion and Pretoria areas.

Can't fault anything about it.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel. The location is perfect for exploring the surrounding area and there are plenty of attractions nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. The room was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities we needed. The bed was extremely comfortable and we had a great night's sleep. The hotel also offers a range of services such as room service, dry cleaning, and housekeeping, which made our stay even more convenient. we highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

I wish the breakfast selection had been a bit warmer, but other than that, there were no negative aspects to our stay. We would definitely recommend this hotel to others.
