During my Christmas stay, I really enjoyed the comfort and cleanliness of the rooms. The king size beds and pillows provided a luxurious sleeping experience. the warmers in the pause areas were a nice touch, keeping us cozy during the chilly weather. The hotel's location was also a major advantage, with easy access to key attractions and amenities in the area.

The staff seemed a bit slow and unattentive, which affected the overall dining experience. the lack of signage at the reception and in the room corridors made it confusing, especially for first-time guests.

On arrival, I was pleased with the location of the hotel; nestled in a lovely, natural setting that quickly put me at ease. The dining area was spacious and beautifully decorated. During breakfast, the strangers around me soon became like family.

The service was slow and lacking. I found myself waiting for long periods and having to remind staff of my requests multiple times.

Big fenced land plot, spacious parking. Perfect restaurant, clean and comfortable rooms, well equipped with perfect bedding. Good coffee in the room. All facilities in good working order. WiFi in rooms was good.

From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us with warm smiles and catered to our every need. the spa and wellness centre offered a range of massages, including a full, body massage that left us feeling rejuvenated. We spent our afternoons lounging by the indoor swimming pool or taking in the sun on the terrace. the restaurant exceeded our expectations with special diet menus and snack bar options that accommodated our preferences.

Despite the luxurious amenities, the lack of reliable Wi, Fi was a minor issue that affected our experience. While this hotel's location advantages were plentiful, it was frustrating to have difficulty connecting to the outside world.

Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds made our stay very comfortable. the location was perfect, with everything we needed close by including beautiful scenery.

Some of the staff members seemed tired and uninterested in their work which led to poor service. our experience had its challenges, but we still took away some lovely memories.

The indoor pool and soccer field were excellent. Rooms were decent size and comfortable with beautiful furniture. The view from the balcony was tranquil and breathtaking during sundowners. Convenient location for Suncity visit.
