During my recent stay at Rozendal Guest House, I was delighted to discover that they catered to my gluten-free intolerance and provided an excellent breakfast. The staff went above and beyond to accommodate my dietary needs, and I truly felt taken care of. The attention to detail in ensuring a comfortable stay was evident, from fresh and comfortable bedding to small touches like providing scissors to open coffee sachets. The breakfast, in particular, stood out with its exceptional fruit and muesli bowl. I had a great experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

While there were a few minor inconveniences, such as some plumbing noise at night and an unexpectedly high entrance step in Room 6, these did not significantly impact my overall satisfaction with my stay.

We spent Easter weekend at this guest house and loved it! the location was perfect, in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood with easy access to a nearby private hospital. the staff was friendly and welcoming, always going above and beyond to make us feel at home. Plus, the English breakfast cooked to perfection and made to order was definitely a highlight.

The lack of transportation available for staff to get supplies for the accommodation and catering. They had to walk, which was not ideal.
