Luxurious 5* lodge, attentive staff, beautiful external areas, stunning rooms, high-quality toiletries.

Everything is what I need and want.

The breakfast here was really good, and the staff were friendly and helpful. They also paid attention to small details, such as greeting us by name and providing fresh towels upon our arrival. the location was great, with beautiful rooms that were spacious, luxurious, and clean. we enjoyed the advantage of having magnificent views of the surrounding nature.

Although the rooms were initially stocked with complimentary water, we would have appreciated having it refreshed daily.

This hotel provides exclusive amenities such as a wonderful garden and pool that speak Tranquility, along with exceptional service from the staff. the lovely breakfast was beautifully prepared and great value for money. the full body massage received in the comfort of the room was out of this world. The team went above and beyond in ensuring a comfortable and memorable stay, setting up a cozy sitting area for an outdoor game and snack experience, and serving us the best food ever. Cons: the only minor issue was that if planning to take a drive to Kruger National Park, be prepared to drive an hour there. the hotel offers private game drives on the premises, as an alternative.
