I had an amazing time at this guest house! the rooms upstairs were absolutely beautiful, and the convenient location made it easy for me to explore the area. the public rooms and pool area were excellent, and the management and staff were superb. I was impressed by their responsiveness when I needed to leave early for my flight. They even provided packed sandwiches and snacks, going above and beyond what was expected. the honesty bar, high quality toiletries, and overall attention to detail added a touch of luxury to my stay. Thank you to the owners for their warm hospitality!

the exclusive amenities provided were top-notch. the outdoor swimming pool was refreshing and the garden area was well-kept. We enjoyed the leisure/TV room and the private facilities were unbeatable. the location advantages were perfect, with easy beach access and comfortable sun loungers.

the music could have been updated as it mainly consisted of 80's music.

The beautiful decor and functional amenities in my room, like multiple USB outlets for charging, truly exceeded my expectations. The guesthouse's proximity to Umhlanga Village made it super convenient for exploring the area. I had an amazing holiday experience and I can't wait to stay at Sandals Guest House again. Spent Xmas at this guesthouse. Enjoyed the beautifully furnished room and comfortable bed. the breakfast was great and the staff was friendly and accommodating. the guesthouse was conveniently located to shops and restaurants, and just a short walk from the beach. the pool looked lovely, but we didn't try it out.

The atmosphere felt a bit too sterile and impersonal. the parking situation was difficult and left us frustrated and stressed.

We had a fantastic stay at Sandals Guest House. Upon arrival, they kindly allowed us to check in early and even offered to store our bags. the staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and happiness during our stay. They even ironed my formal outfit for me! the room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the breakfast options were varied and delicious. We especially loved the friendly and positive energy from the staff, who always greeted us with a smile.
