Wow, had an amazing stay at a hotel close to a beautiful mall n everything. LOVED the rooms with balconies. Would definitely choose this place again! Even better than in photos.

Electricity cut off while swimming in pool. Had to swim in the dark. Was told I would light up the sky with my fluorescent swimsuit. Staff seemed freaked out by my disco moves. Eventually power came back. Can confirm I do not glow in the dark.

The location of Villa Via Executive Suites was convenient, with friendly staff and spacious apartments. the receptionist was welcoming and accommodating, allowing early check-in. the daily cleaning service was excellent, and the hotel provided a quiet atmosphere. the nearby Sandton City Shopping Centre and Johannesburg Zoo offered great family bonding experiences. However, noise from neighboring blocks affected relaxation. the accommodation could benefit from assigned parking spaces for each unit.

I opted for this aparthotel for a business symposium due to its proximity to the Sandton Convention Centre. the air-conditioned rooms were a comfortable work environment.

The lack of a reliable and swift ironing service impacted my business attire preparation efficiency.

Mind-blowing location, great value, friendly staff, huge apartments with all the amenities, daily cleaning, private garden.

The spaciousness of the rooms and open-plan TV room and kitchen were great for a solo traveler. The modern decor and well-equipped kitchen, including a stove, microwave, fridge/freezer, and kettle, made it easy to prepare meals. The availability of parking under carports near the apartment entrances was convenient. Additionally, there was ample cupboard space in the bedrooms, perfect for longer stays. The location was excellent, with a mall across the road for basic needs and Sandton Shopping Center just a short distance away.

Felt like visiting family, no complaints at all.

All the staff members were kind and accommodating. the pool was well-maintained and offered a stunning view. the bathrooms were also large and clean. we were very impressed with our experience at Villa Via Executive Suites With Power Back-Up.

I had a fantastic stay at Villa Via Executive Suites With Power Back-Up. the lady at reception, Kelebogile, made my experience truly exceptional. She was extremely friendly, helpful, and patient. Kelebogile went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and engaged with me on a personal level. the apartment itself was spacious, beautifully decorated, and had a smart TV. It was a peaceful and cozy retreat. the staff were friendly and always ready to assist. the location was convenient with a mall just across the street.

Sandton Executive Villas is a great complex for business travelers, families, and small groups. With excellent carparking and a secure compound, it is well-maintained and conveniently located. The proximity to Mandela Square and nearby eateries make it suitable for both family vacations and business trips. Additionally, the mall, gym, and restaurants are within close proximity. The comfortable beds and friendly staff enhance the overall experience. However, please note that a cash deposit of R500 is required as they do not accept cards.

The location is ideal, near Mandela Square and plenty of eateries. The apartment is beautiful with spacious rooms and comfortable beds. The reception staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable. The ambiance was clean and fresh with crisp linen.
