The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. The location of the hotel was fantastic, with many amenities nearby and a beautiful view of the iconic building across the street. The room itself was spacious and the bed was huge and comfortable. Plus, the complimentary wifi and buffet breakfast were great perks.

Our initial room had some issues with the bed and other amenities, but the staff quickly rectified the situation and moved us to a better room. However, we were disappointed that there was no apology given for the inconvenience.

I had an amazing time at a hotel with perfect amenities and a great location. Right in front of the giant statue of Nelson Mandela, the Hotel is surrounded by the Union Buildings gardens and some great museums, including the Museum of Art - a must-visit. My room and bathroom were spacious and spotless, and the service was impeccable. Breakfast was a treat, with lots of options to choose from. I loved the shallow pool, a perfect spot to relax.

The hotel could have improved on their pool service, which was lacking staff and not well maintained.

The Sheraton offers top-notch service with a warm welcome and refreshing drinks. The staff are always available and ready to help throughout the hotel. The hotel itself is beautifully designed, well-maintained, and creates a welcoming atmosphere. The rooms are spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. And the best part is, the prices are unbeatable, especially for budget travelers like myself. I will definitely be returning.

This hotel is a great value for money, with very basic amenities and comfortable rooms. The staff is friendly, and breakfast is included in the price, with very good coffee. I loved the stunning view of the Union Building from my room, and the location in a decent neighbourhood in front of the Parliament.
