The location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. It was situated in a safe neighborhood and just a short walk away from the waterfront. This meant we didn't have to rely on expensive transportation options and could easily explore the area on foot. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, always suggesting great places to visit and providing valuable recommendations. Additionally, the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, offering a wide variety of options to start the day off right.

One minor issue we had was with the temperature of the hot breakfast food on our first day. It was slightly cold, but this could have been because we arrived late.

Nothing is perfect.

The location is fantastic, just a short walk to the city center and Waterfront. The lobby/bar has a relaxed atmosphere and the staff is very helpful. The new and spacious rooms are perfect for a family with 2 small kids. The complimentary coffee and tea on each floor is a nice touch. The breakfast is outstanding, offering a continental buffet and a warm eggs dish.

During my stay, I was blown away by the hotel's proximity to the best spots near the waterfront. As a budget traveler, I was super excited to discover that everything was super close! I loved how easy it was to visit the pitched wall and explore the local attractions. My room was clean and cozy, and the bathroom was spotless. The service was top-notch, and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant stay. Oh, and don't get me started on the delicious breakfast!

The lack of a mini-fridge in the room.

As a woman traveling alone, I loved the welcoming fragrance and spacious room at Signature Lux. The staff were excellent, always helpful and smiling. The location was perfect, close to everything and with a bus stop nearby. The complimentary tea and coffee facilities were great too.

Had a great time spending Christmas at a hotel with amazing complementary drinks and food. The hotel was situated in the perfect spot, with easy access to all the must-see spots. Loved the clean and spacious room as well as how friendly the hotel staff were!

The only downfall was the noise levels, carrying through from other guests and steps from people up above. The lack of soundproofing was a little aggravating at times.
