As a backpacker, I found Birchwood Hotel to be a convenient choice due to its easy access to the airport and complimentary shuttle service. The atmosphere and rooms were amazing and clean, providing a comfortable stay. The hotel also offered a very good breakfast, which was a great start to the day. The property was spacious, allowing for jogs and long walks, perfect for someone who enjoys outdoor activities.

We felt safe and the hotel catered to all our needs. the room was spacious and equipped with everything we could possibly need, including a dryer, microwave, toaster, iron, and utensils. the hotel even provided transportation within the property, which was a great convenience. the shuttle service to the airport was excellent. the receptionists were kind and accommodating, ensuring our comfort by providing a room with two queen beds instead of one. We truly felt at home and well taken care of during our 6-night stay.

The only minor drawback was the lack of information in the rooms. As a large property with many activities, it would have been helpful to have menus, details about what each facility offers, and information about room service and the gym.
