When staying at this beach house, you will be greeted with stunning views of the beach and ocean. From the veranda, you can enjoy a delicious breakfast while watching whales frolicking in the water. The rooms are cozy, light, and very clean, providing a comfortable stay. The location is unbeatable, just a couple of minutes' walk from the marvellous beach. The staff are helpful and respectful, providing all the requested information for a pleasant experience.

Some aspects of the hotel, such as maintenance, need improvement.

We had a truly wonderful stay at Southern Cross Beach House. From the moment we arrived, our host Wendy went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. She even surprised us with an upgrade to room 6, which was stunning and offered plenty of privacy. the bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was spotlessly clean. the location of the house couldn't have been better, with the beach just a short boardwalk away and breathtaking views of Robberg nature reserve and the Tsisikama mountains. Breakfast on the terrace, prepared by Wendy and her team, was absolutely delicious and the view of the mountains made it even more special. We also loved meeting the two resident dogs during our stay. We can't wait to return to this special place and have more great conversations with Wendy.

We had a lovely romantic escape at this beachfront property. the view of the ocean from our well-appointed room was breathtaking. the lush and tranquil English garden was the perfect setting for our morning coffee. We also enjoyed the convenience of being just a short walk away from the private beach, where we could listen to the waves crashing against the shore and enjoy a quiet stroll.

The breakfast was a bit disappointing as the options were limited and the service was slow. Lastly, the lack of good bathroom toiletries was not ideal for a romantic escape.

The location of this beach house was amazing! It was right by the beach, with stunning views of the ocean. I loved being able to walk down to the beach in just a few minutes and enjoy long walks along the shoreline. The communal areas of the house were also very tastefully decorated and cozy. It was a great place to relax and unwind in the evenings.

One of the worst aspects of my stay was the lack of organization from the manager. We ended up having to use our international phones, which cost us a fortune.
