We loved staying here for our layover. The location is very close to the airport, making it super convenient. The free airport shuttle was a great perk and we were able to get to and from the terminal with ease. The staff were friendly and accommodating, organising an early check-in for us. Our room had all the amenities we needed, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and soundproofed rooms. The in-room dining service was also great!

While the staff at the reception could have been better trained in customer service, any issues we had were solved quickly and with great service. The restaurant had a wide variety of options, both buffet and a la carte.

The convenience of the 24-hour shuttle service made our journey hassle-free. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, and the breakfast served was one of the best we've ever had. The staff was welcoming and courteous, from the friendly shuttle bus driver to the check-in staff and even the lift operator who asked how we were.

This hotel is great value for the money. It's so close to the major international airport that you can practically walk there, and the staff are incredibly attentive and helpful. The rooms are well-appointed with all the basic amenities you need, and the breakfast is delicious, especially the real orange juice. I loved that you can choose from a room with 2 double beds for free or upgrade to a room with a king bed for a reasonable price.

New Year celebration at this hotel was amazing! the hotel offered us a welcome drink upon arrival, which was a nice touch. Plus, the breakfast was included in the price of the room and it was a delicious spread. the location of the hotel was perfect for our needs as it was very close to the airport, and the shuttle service ran every 15 minutes, so we didn't have to wait long. the hotel provided us with complimentary nibbles with our welcome drink, which was a delightful surprise.

The room was a bit disappointing as the decor seemed a little tired. we had a problem with the toilet in our room, and despite calling reception five times, no one answered.
