We got great value for our money at this charming hotel. The room was spacious and well-appointed, with a large deck and comfortable furniture. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from town and right on the lagoon. The staff were absolutely amazing, always friendly and helpful.

The hotel is old and noisy, and you could hear everything from the room. the curtains also let in too much light, and the staff were not always easy to find when we needed something.

the exclusive amenities like the outdoor swimming pool, sun terrace, and garden area provided us with a relaxing experience. the spacious and well-furnished rooms had a shallow end in the pool with a view of the lagoon.

We faced a minor issue with the lighting outside our room, which was a bit dim. this was immediately resolved by the efficient staff.

I had an amazing stay at St James! the hotel is unique and extraordinary, with spacious and nicely equipped rooms. the staff, including the owner, were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I was even able to have an early check-in, which was a great convenience. the breakfast was freshly prepared and served, and it was absolutely delicious. the location was perfect, with plenty of restaurants around and beautiful views of the lagoon. I highly recommend driving around the lagoon and visiting Brenton-on-Sea. the complimentary lagoon cruise was a nice touch, and Alex, our guide, was fantastic.
